How You Can Get Involved

We cannot initiate legislative change without widespread support for our campaign. If reducing suicide at work is something that you also feel passionate about you can support us.

There are 2 ways you can get involved immediately – download and implement our Suicide Prevention Policy and sign up to our newsletter.

Links for these can be found at the bottom of this page.

Companies – Help Us Build Evidence

If you’re passionate about preventing suicide there’s big and small opportunities to get directly involved.   Whatever time you can give will help make a big difference, so get in touch today.

The easiest way is to give one-off feedback on our Suicide Policy through a brief chat, sharing your thoughts on the benefits and barriers to implement.  We’re also looking for collaboration partners, to work with us to implement and monitor the impact of a Suicide Policy over time.

There’s other opportunities to help and we’d be delighted to hear from you to register your interest.

Having a Suicide Prevention Policy doesn’t just save lives;  through imbedding a culture of suicide prevention you’ll help bring about improvements in mental wellbeing across all employees.

Academics, Practitioners and Charities – Share Research

We’re keen to learn from your research, as well as share ours, around the full scope and impact of workplace suicides.  Key findings can be shared through our newsletter and may promote awareness of how company actions and inactions affect the well-being of employees and customers.

We welcome connections with individuals and organisations who can add insight to this sensitive topic. Contact us at info@wasp-uk.org.uk, we would love to hear from you.
